Customer Reference Groups (CRGs)
The objectives of the Customer Reference Groups (CRGs) include bringing together customers to identify common operational challenges, streamline MAXIMS workflows, foster the sharing of best practice across all sites, and prioritise enhancement requests for optimal outcomes.
CRGs will be organised based on functions or modules, targeting customer representatives with firsthand operational experience relevant to each group’s focus.
The initial CRGs will revolve around:
Bed Management / Discharge Planning
Pre-Op Assessment
Referral Management
Theatres
