MAXIMS is implemented using recognised international project management tools and techniques alongside our comprehensive Business Transformation methodology. There is always a clear focus to deliver exceptional service to enable the Hospital to deliver safe, timely and accurate patient care.
Our approach has been developed and refined based on our experience of deploying MAXIMS products successfully across Public and Private Hospitals. The primary objective of the approach is to achieve a safe controlled and predictable Go-Live where the Hospital can return to ‘Business as Usual’ with minimum impact on patient experience whilst reporting and financial outputs of the organisation.
We will work with you as part of the initiation, scoping and design phase to agree a detailed implementation plan that flexes to meet your specific needs.
KEY NEEDS CATERED FOR BY IMS MAXIMS
Risk reduction through an experienced approach to key stages and critical path activities, e.g. Data Migration
An implementation plan designed with contingency available, to meet the critical exit date from the current supplier contract
A defined verification and transition period to ensure continuity from Go-Live to business as usual with our software
Regular checkpoints, reviews conducted by our experienced Project Managers allowing delivery teams to monitor project’s direction and performance and adjust as needed
We encourage Hospital ownership of MAXIMS soonest within the implementation and transition any elements of configuration to the Hospital’s system administrators throughout this stage. Our functional leads will continue to support your team once formal System Administration training has been completed, including during go-live and post go-live period where requirements for urgent change are likely to be required.
