Implementation Specialist with Clinical experience
The Implementation Specialist with clinical experience will play a key role in the implementation of the IMS MAXIMS solution and partner products. With first-hand experience of clinical healthcare processes, they will support the customers clinical teams in the deployment of IMS MAXIMS product suite.
Responsible for ensuring deployments are carried out in accordance with IMS MAXIMS policies and quality standards in accordance with DCB0129 guidelines.
Act in a consultative role, with the customer, in configuring the IMS MAXIMS product suite to optimise workflow processes and act as an expert product resource for the customer and provide the relevant customer support.
Having excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities they will work with the customer and Team IMS MAXIMS to ensure a timely and successful implementation. Whilst this role will be home based the role will require spending time on customer sites as required.

Location: Remote (with up to 25% travel required for projects, customer meetings, company events, and team meetings at our Milton Keynes (primarily), Dublin, and Suceava offices.)

Education and experience
Current registration with a professional clinical body.
Qualified Clinical Safety Officer or willing to undertake an accredited CSO course.
Educated to degree level or equivalent clinical experience.
At least 5 years clinical experience.
Experience of working in software product companies focused within Healthcare or experience of working with software deployment within NHS teams whilst desirable is not essential.
Knowledge of working with DCB0129 and DCB0160 clinical safety standards.
Key responsibilities
Liaise with customers in order to understand the work processes and requirements that are required to be addressed by the IMS MAXIMS product.
Determine how to map the business requirements of the customer onto the IMS MAXIMS product features using the methodologies and processes of IMS MAXIMS.
Conduct individual and group training, product demonstrations and workshops as required
Deliver successful application implementation phases
Being an expert clinical product resource for the customer
Work with customers to identify potential changes and new features within the product, overseeing the development cycle from documenting requirements to delivery
Contributing to and being involved in new product features and roadmap items
Contribute to the development lifecycle taking ownership of the product in terms of patient safety and usability
Secondary responsibilities
Support the customer in the configuration of the system liaising with the appropriate members of Team IMS as required.
Participate in validating the configured system based on solution design
Participate in validating the migrated data to ensure it works with the solution
Troubleshoot customer issues during implementation phases
Attend clinically relevant conferences/forums to support evidence-based practice and development for future deployments
Attend Clinical Safety forums
Support customer with their DCB0160 activities
Knowledge, skills, abilities
Understanding and experience with Hospital Information, Patient Administration and Clinical Information Systems
General aptitude for solving problems and using technology to improve processes
Understanding in implementation of product solutions
An ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and within tight time constraints
Proven ability to think laterally and come up with innovative solutions for software product implementations
Proven ability to work through problems with different groups achieving positive outcomes through collaboration
Ability to work on multiple projects
